The Plan de Corones ski paradise on your doorstep
Are you looking for a skiing holiday where you can go directly from your apartment to the piste? No problem! There are three different skiing areas in the immediate vicinity of our farm: Plan de Corones, Speikboden and the Klausberg Ski Arena. And the bus stop for the ski buses is only five minutes from the apartments. Just think – around 185 km of fabulous pistes and unforgettable days in the snow are waiting for you!

Plan de Corones, the number 1 skiing area in the Pustertal valley
The Plan de Corones skiing area near Brunico is distinguished by its pistes of all variety and difficulty. It is the biggest skiing area in the region and offers a perfect skiing experience for everyone with its wide slopes, 119 km of pistes and 32 modern ski lifts. You can enjoy the downhill run on wide pistes or challenge yourself on the famous ‘Black Five’, the area’s five black pistes. Plan de Corones belongs to the the ‘Dolomiti Superski’ organisation, the world’s biggest ski carousel in the Dolomites. The ‘Piculin’ ski lift connects Plan de Corones to the famous Sellaronda.
Of course, snowboarders and freestylers also get their money’s worth, as the Plan de Corones Snowpark is one of the largest terrain parks in South Tyrol. The ski instructors at the Plan de Corones ski school provide experienced skiers with the ultimate tips and give children their first taste of skiing. If you don’t have your own equipment you can hire skis and other equipment locally. And of course Plan de Corones offers plenty of fun after you have finished skiing: there many inns and restaurants on and near the pistes or by the valley station at Riscone inviting you to stop by!
Klausberg Ski Arena: skiing with a view over the 3,000 metre peaks
The Klausberg Ski Arena in Cadipietra offers a breathtaking view towards the Valle Aurina 3,000 metre peaks. A ride on the highest eight-seater cable car in South Tyrol will take you to the lofty heights with their eight ski lifts and 21 pistes of all degrees of difficulty. There is terrain park for snowboarders and lots of entertainment for children at Klausi-Land. It is with good reason that the Klausberg Ski Arena can call itself the most family-friendly ski resort in Italy.
Speikboden: a panorama with 150 peaks
The Speikboden skiing area between Campo Tures and Lutago is small, but beautiful and full of variety. Here, skiers and sledgers are accompanied by a view of around 150 mountain peaks. There are 38 km of pistes with guaranteed snow leading down into the valley, while seven lifts bring the skiers back up again. Snowboarders and freestylers can seek their teeth into the easy and medium lines in the Fun Park.
