Holiday apartment facilities

Each apartment has the following:

Children are very welcome here! We will be pleased to provide a cot, high chair and changing mat for small children on request.

Included in the price:

• HolidayPass Premium advantage card: unlimited use of all public transport in the whole of South Tyrol throughout the year. You will also receive a large number of discounts and can take part in a variety of activities from the Kron Aktiv programme without charge.
• Linen and towels for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen

Payment terms:

The prices shown apply to minimum stays of four nights. For stays of fewer than four nights we calculate a premium per apartment. In addition there are stipulated local taxes: these are set at Euro 1.35 per person per day for people over 14 years old. This charge must be paid locally.

Booking confirmation:

Your booking will become binding upon payment of the deposit and sending of the booking confirmation.

Cancellation terms:

• More than three months before arrival: free cancellation
• More than four weeks before arrival: the deposit will be retained
• Less than 30 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged
• Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price will be charged

Cancellation protection from the ‘Red Rooster – Farm holidays in South Tyrol’ association: If this travel cancellation insurance is taken out, cancellation, late arrival and early departure are covered in many cases. We will gladly provide you with detailed information.

Arrival and departure:

The holiday apartments are available from 16:00. Please vacate your apartment by 09:30.

Bread service:

We will be pleased to bring fresh bread to your apartment in the mornings. (Our bakeries are closed on Sundays.)

Laundry:

Your personal laundry can be washed on request for a small charge.
